I coordinate front office operations, scheduling, workshops, training sessions, and other admin procedures at GlobeCoRe to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. I coordinate customer service functions and activities associated with initial screening, scheduling, managing record requisitions, initiation of intake process, and referrals. I also support our billing team. I spend most of my time managing different projects such as planning workshops, cultural immersion trips, government certifications. I am working on getting my BS in Psychology from Georgia State University and plan on continuing my education in the field of psychology.
In my spare time, I enjoy learning new skills, watching drama series, and traveling.
