Step 1:
Fill Out Appointment Request Form
To become a client at GlobeCoRe, start by completing the Appointment Request Form below and schedule a time to meet with our team to get your enrollment started.
Step 2:
Complete Intake Screening
After receiving your form, our team will promptly call you at your scheduled time to complete your initial intake screening, collect your client details, and get you schedule with your matched clinician for a free 10-min phone consultation if you wish (longer consults available for DEI, courses/trainings and cultural immersion trips). If together, we determine that we are not the best fit for your needs, we will provide you with appropriate referrals.
Step 3:
Schedule 1st Session or Get Free 10-min Phone Consultation

Once you and our team identify the most suitable clinician for you, you can either be (1) scheduled for your first intake interview appointment with your clinician; or (2) scheduled to meet with the clinician for a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns, explain their services and approach, and address any basic questions you may have to decide if working together is a good fit. If so, our team will schedule your initial appointment.
Step 4:
Initial Intake Interview Appointment
Your first appointment, an Initial Assessment session, will last approximately 50-60 minutes and involves a thorough evaluation of your needs, and initial identification of your goals. During this session, your clinician will learn about your current challenges and what you hope to achieve in treatment/intervention. It also provides you with an opportunity to understand your clinician’s approach. At the end of the assessment, your clinician will share their impressions and provide intervention recommendations tailored to your unique needs and concerns.
