Experiencing trauma can often make you self-isolate, disconnect, and diminish your sense of self.

The memories of the past may continue to manifest themselves, getting in the way of the progression of your life. Those memories often can be triggered by past events and are manifested in ways that affect your mental health.

Sometimes, you need help to overcome those memories that continue to haunt your current life.

Our therapists are trained to help guide you through past trauma, unwanted memories, avoidance of situations that bring back memories of trauma, heightened reactions, anxiety, depression mood, feelings of low self-esteem, trust issues, guilt, and shame.

The primary goal is to help you gain a sense of belonging and the realization of your own significance and power.

We will work with you to identify and manage your triggers, change your thoughts, and set and maintain healthy boundaries. Through this experience, you will be able to create a more healthy identity and lasting relationships.
